We are calling for proposals for the 7th TBLT Conference “Tasks in Context” that will take place at the University of Barcelona from April 19-21, 2017.
Submissions are invited for individual papers, show and tell, workshops and colloquia.
Types of submissions and guidelines
Individual papers (20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes Q&A) and show and tell (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)
A submission should include:
- an abstract (300 words maximum, excluding references)
- a brief summary for the conference programme (50 words maximum)
Workshops (1-hour session) and colloquia (2-hour session)
Convenors should provide:
- an abstract providing an overview of the entire workshop or colloquium (350 words maximum, excluding references), and abstracts of the individual papers in the colloquium (also 350 words maximum excluding references).
- a brief summary for the conference programme (50 words maximum)

Presentation policy
Each participant may submit one abstract in authorship and a second one in co-authorship. A workshop/colloquium convener can also present at the workshop/colloquium or in any other presentation modality.
Language policy
The working language of the conference is English, but contributions in other European languages will also be considered. PowerPoints and other visual materials should be in English.
