Dear colleagues,
We are deeply aware of the global concern regarding coronavirus but we are hopeful that the situation will improve and will allow us to hold the conference at the beginning of July as planned. We keep working to make the conference a success and welcome you all to Barcelona.
Authorities have taken major steps to contain the spread in Spain but of course we will watch closely the progress and will keep you informed about any changes in our decisions.
Acceptance status emails will be sent out within the next few hours. For organizational reasons, we would need to know whether accepted authors will attend or not before April 20th (at the end of the early bird period), in order to guarantee their presentation. Late registration will continue till June 15th.
Participants in countries which may still have travelling restrictions will be given the opportunity to give their talk via Skype or be refunded. In the event of cancellation by EuroSLA 30, all registered participants will be refunded.
