JESLA is seeking two enthusiastic people to join the editorial team as Assistant Editors. If you are interested in the publishing process and would like to join us, then apply for the position of Assistant Editor by 5pm BST, Friday 26th April 2024.

This is a great opportunity, open to scholars within the field of SLA / Applied Linguistics, at any point in their career, from Postdocs to Emeritus Professors.

The primary duty is copyediting, so a keen eye for detail is required. As such, applicants will be asked to complete a short proofing task to evaluate proof-reading and copyediting skills.

The position is voluntary, but mentoring and training will be provided, along with a Conference fee waiver.

If you are interested, please contact the JESLA Editor, Sarah Liszka on S.A.Liszka@greenwich.ac.uk.
